Design
The LED alignment replicates that of a halogen bulb to achieve optimal light output in a reflector housing.
The use of a fiber to conduct heat directly from the LEDs to the 6 PCBBs keeps the LEDs cool for a longer lifespan. Utilizing 6 PCBBs, as opposed to the 4 PCBBs used by most competitors, adds an additional 50% surface area for heat dissipation.
Pure copper heat dissipation strips (PCBB) conduct heat better than copper-clad aluminum (CCA) strips (used by most competitors).
